Water plume is very low or Collector is not pumping water
Jan 2019POSSIBLE CAUSE: Clogged pump.
SOLUTION: Open pump and remove debris.
POSSIBLE CAUSE: Clogged pump intake screen.
SOLUTION: Clean screen.
POSSIBLE CAUSE: Water plume valve turned down.
SOLUTION: Adjust water plume valve until plume is approximately 6”.
POSSIBLE CAUSE: Pump motor running backwards.
SOLUTION: Reverse rotation of pump.
