Instructions:
1. Fill out all the required information on the form.
2. Provide the reason for returning the product.
3. Once you have completed this form, please email it to service@salvajor.com.
4. Wait for confirmation and instructions on how to return the product.
Return Policy:
1. All returns must be authorized by Salvajor.
2. The product must be returned in new and unused condition.
3. Salvajor reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of 20% for any returned product that is not defective.
4. Salvajor will not accept any returns after 12 months from the date of purchase.
5. When returning disposers, if the disposer box has been opened, we require the pictures below. If the box has not been
opened, we require a picture of the top of the unopened box. These photos may be sent to service@salvajor.com.
