Food is not moving over the separator into the disposer

POSSIBLE CAUSE: Gearmotor is not turning.
SOLUTION: Check gearmotor and replace if bad.
POSSIBLE CAUSE: Gearmotor is running backwards.
SOLUTION: Reverse rotation of motor.
