Only cold or hot water is going into tank

POSSIBLE CAUSE: Hot or cold incoming water valves are closed.
SOLUTION: Open both hot and cold incoming water valves.
POSSIBLE CAUSE: Blender is out of adjustment.
SOLUTION: Adjust setting of blender.
POSSIBLE CAUSE: Incoming water connections.
SOLUTION: Switch incoming water connections.
